Before we talk about cancelling the subscriptions, let’s keep these in mind!
- The subscription plans are auto renewal. Once you subscribe to a plan and if you don’t cancel it manually, it will be auto renewed as you’ve already given the permission.
- If you subscribe for a trial period and then cancel, you will risk losing the trial content entirely.
- Remember to manually cancel the subscription before the trial period ends.
Cancel Oculus Quest subscription in your iPhone or iPad
- In your iPhone or iPad, open the settings app.
- Tap on your name and click on Subscriptions.
- If you don’t see the Subscription tab immediately, tap on your Apple ID and sign in.
- After clicking in Subscriptions, tap on the Oculus subscription.
- Click on Cancel.
- If you don’t see the Cancel button, it means the plan has been canceled already.
Cancel Oculus Quest subscription on your Android phone
- Open Google Play Store on your phone.
- If you have multiple accounts signed in, make sure you’re logged into the right account.
- Open the Menu, go to Subscriptions.
- Click on the Oculus Quest subscription and click on cancel.

Once you have cancelled your Oculus subscription on PlayStore, your future subscriptions will not be removed anymore.
Cancel subscription form your Mac computer
- On your Mac computer, open the Mac App Store.
- Click on your name at the bottom area of the sidebar.

- If asked to Sign in again, do the needful.
- On the next page, scroll down until you see the Subscriptions option.
- Click on Manage.
- Next to your Oculus subscription, click on Edit and then Cancel.
